Dear Father:

Your letter of Dec 10^th received about two days ago. Allso the package from Durango and the Red Cross Christmas package from Cortez. We are certainly enjoying the contents. Everything reached here in good shape.

There is not much to write about at present. I guess you hear more news about the war over there than we do here.

This will have to be a short letter but leaves us both well. love to all
